Each online women’s circle is gently guided.In The Goddess Circle, we usually begin with grounding, then move into goddess storytelling, meditation, journaling, reflection and optional sharing.Each month has a different theme based on the goddess we are connecting with.

No experience is needed.You are welcome whether this is your very first women’s circle or you have been gathering in circle for years.Everything will be guided, and you do not need to know anything about goddess work, mythology, ritual or spiritual practice to join us.

No. Sharing is always optional.You are welcome to speak if you feel called, and you are equally welcome to simply listen, journal and be present.There is no pressure to share more than feels right for you.

Yes, we ask that cameras are on at the beginning of each circle so we can arrive together and connect face to face.After our opening connection, you are welcome to turn your camera off whenever you need to. You may need privacy, rest, space to journal, or simply a moment to settle.The most important thing is that you feel safe, comfortable and present, while also helping us create a sense of connection within the circle.
