Hi, I’m Lia Skye, founder of The Feminine Network
I created The Feminine Network because I know how lonely building a business can feel when you are trying to carry everything on your own.
This is the community I once needed: a place where women can find genuine support, meaningful connection and practical guidance as they grow.
Why I Created The Feminine Network
Building a business can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also feel deeply isolating. I know what it is like to carry the decisions, the uncertainty and the responsibility while trying to work out every next step on your own.

I attended traditional networking spaces, but I often felt they were focused more on exchanging details, making referrals and perfecting a pitch than building the kind of genuine relationships I was longing for. I wanted a space where women could speak honestly, ask for support and feel known beyond what they did for work.
​
That is why I created The Feminine Network. It brings together meaningful community, practical business support and real relationships, because I believe women need more than a room full of contacts. We need a village where we are supported, encouraged and able to grow alongside one another.

Because life is more than just a pretty picture or tea recipe we share on the socials (although that's pretty fun as well!)
I’m Lia Skye, a website designer, feminine embodiment facilitator, yoga and meditation teacher, folk herbalist, women’s circle guide, founder of The Feminine Network, and host of The Grounded Business Podcast.
But more than that, I’m a woman who deeply believes in the power of gathering.
I know what it’s like to long for a space where you can exhale, drop the mask, and feel completely held, and it’s that very longing that led me to create what I couldn’t find: safe, nurturing spaces where women come home to themselves and each other.

I’m also a mum of three, which means I’ve learned to hold space while holding little hands, to listen deeply amidst the chaos, and to soften even when the world feels hard.​
​When I’m not creating websites, mentoring women in business, or guiding circle trainings, you’ll find me out in nature, hiking forest trails or clinging to a rock face beneath the sky.
​
Nature is where I remember who I am. It’s also what I fiercely protect. I live with a deep commitment to Mother Earth and practise Ahimsa, non violence and compassion, in the way I live, love, and lead. Sustainability, simplicity, and reverence are stitched into everything I create.
​
I don’t believe in work life balance, I believe in integration. To be a fully embodied woman, we must allow the full expression of our feminine in every part of our lives: business, relationships, creativity, rest. This is what I model in my own life and what I support other women to cultivate, especially those building soul led businesses that reflect their truth.
​I’m also drawn to all things vintage, objects with soul and stories, slow living treasures that remind me to honour beauty, heritage, and the quiet power of the past. Whether I’m holding space at a Feminine Network event, or mentoring a woman as she births her own offering into the world, my approach is always the same: slow, intentional, heart led.​
Because I believe the most powerful businesses, and the most powerful women, are built from within.

The Feminine Network brings together two parts of my experience that have always felt equally important: practical business knowledge and a deep understanding of the human being behind the business.

The Grounded
My background as a financial controller gave me a strong understanding of numbers, business foundations, systems and sustainable growth. Through my work in web design, mentoring and business support, I have also helped women clarify their ideas, strengthen their online presence and create businesses that feel more organised, intentional and financially grounded.
​
I believe women deserve practical guidance that helps them understand what to focus on, make confident decisions and build businesses that support the lives they genuinely want to live.
​
The Human
I also bring years of experience in facilitation, embodiment, meditation, nervous system awareness and creating spaces where women feel comfortable being honest.
​
Business is never only about strategy. It is also about confidence, identity, capacity, connection and having people around you who understand what you are carrying. This is why every space within The Feminine Network is intentionally facilitated, with genuine conversation, meaningful support and opportunities for women to feel seen, heard and valued.
This combination of grounded business guidance and heart led community is what makes The Feminine Network different.
