Online Co-Working and Networking for Women in Business

A calm, supportive online space to focus, connect, and make meaningful progress together.

The Collective Workspace is The Feminine Network’s online co-working and networking space for women in business.

Held live online, these sessions bring women together to focus on their work, receive support, share ideas, and grow in community from wherever they are.

The Collective Workspace is a calm, supportive online space where women in business gather regularly to focus, take action, and make meaningful progress together.

These sessions are designed to give you dedicated time to work on your business with gentle structure, accountability, and connection woven in. Whether you’re planning content, working on your website, catching up on admin, or moving forward on a project that has been sitting on your list, this is a space to show up and get things done.

But it is more than just co-working.

Each session also includes space for networking, shared support, and a light business focus topic chosen around what women in the community are currently navigating. This creates room for deeper conversation, insight, feedback, and connection around the real things women are moving through in business, while still protecting the spaciousness of the co-working time.

This is not a lecture or a masterclass.

It is a collaborative space where every woman brings both her questions and her wisdom.

What Is The Collective Workspace?

Why This Space Matters

Sometimes the hardest part of growing a business is not knowing what to do. It is finding the time, focus, and support to actually do it.

The Collective Workspace was created to offer that space.

A space where you can step away from distractions, settle into your work, and feel held by the energy of other women doing the same.

A space where you can check in, name what matters, receive support around the things you are navigating, and leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more connected to your next steps.

It also offers something many women need, especially if they cannot always attend in-person events.

The chance to stay connected, expand their circle, grow their business, and receive support without having to leave the house.

This is online networking and co-working in a way that feels more human, more grounded, and more supportive.

No pressure.
No perfection.
Just progress, together.

Each Collective Workspace session is held live online via Zoom and includes a simple, supportive structure to help you settle in and make the most of your time.

Sessions may include:

~ opening check-in and intention setting
~ introductions, who you are, and what you do
~ a roundtable discussion around the month’s focus topic
~ shared support, questions, insight, and conversation
~ focused co-working time
~ optional breakout connection spaces
~ closing reflection and celebration

The focus topic changes based on what women in the network are currently moving through in business.

This keeps each session relevant, practical, and supportive of real-time growth.

With deepest respect I acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the traditional custodians of the land I live, work and practice on and pay respect to their elders, past, present and emerging.

I acknowledge the First Nations people of all lands as the original caretakers of country and recognise their continuing connection to land, water and culture and, in the spirit of reconciliation extend that respect to all First Nations people.

I bow down in reverence to their stories, traditions and living culture and commit to learning from, and working with, First Nations peoples in the spirit of reconciliation and access to justice.
