All the Things Almond Curd with Rose Harissa

I‘be always loved rose flavoured foods, turkish delight was one of my favourite sweets as a child, but I’ve not really had the opportunity to experienced it in many savoury dishes so this soft almond curd had my palate slightly confused at first!

To say this cheese is moreish is an understatement. With a slightly chewy yet creamy texture, similar to ricotta, there’s a delicate layer of rose permeating the curd that enchants the tastebuds.

Wrapped in harissa spices and rose petals the gentle heat of the spices complimented the cheese beautifully and had us constantly reaching for “one more piece”!

Amazing as an addition to any cheeseboard I would also love to have this as a topping on a couscous salad or as a creamy addition to a roasted vegetable bake.
