About the event

If you have ever wanted to meditate but didn’t know where to start this course is perfect for you.

In it we will explore many different mindfullness and meditation techniques so you can find one that resonates with you.

Each class will include a discussion & lesson on a different style of mindfulness or meditation technique.

We will then enjoy a restorative yoga flow before settling down to practice our new found skill.

You will also be given a worksheet to take home with you so you can continue your practice before the next class.

As a special bonus if you sign up for the complete course before the 1st of April, you will receive a free Mala Bead Set to use in the training!

Week 1: Single Focus Meditation Techniques - April 1st 10:30am to 12:00pm

Week 2: Japa Meditation - April 15th 10:30pm to 12:00pm

Week 3: Kundalini Meditation - April 29th 10:30am to 12:00pm

Week 4: Guided Meditation / Yoga Nidra - May 13th 10:30am to 12:00pm

Can't make one of the dates?  We will be recording the classes so you can view the recording later!

With deepest respect I acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the traditional custodians of the land I live, work and practice on and pay respect to their elders, past, present and emerging.

I acknowledge the First Nations people of all lands as the original caretakers of country and recognise their continuing connection to land, water and culture and, in the spirit of reconciliation extend that respect to all First Nations people.

I bow down in reverence to their stories, traditions and living culture and commit to learning from, and working with, First Nations peoples in the spirit of reconciliation and access to justice.
