I facilitate the pause where women replace borrowed expectations with their own criteria, so the business they build fits their life, not the other way around. I know it from the inside: walking away from a PhD was my first decision made entirely on my own terms. I bloom when someone stops, chooses what deserves her focus, and effort turns into flow.
