Sometimes we need a little helps with our meditation practice, something to help us calm our mind and focus our thoughts and energy.
 
I designed these cards to be used in conjunction with my Intention Bracelets and Mala Beads but they can be used equally as easily as a stand alone tool.
 
Each set comes with 13 cards containing different mantras to use in meditation as well as some words to ponder and contemplate as part of your daily practice.
 
Each set comes with a quartz meditation Point crystal and a linen gift bag for safe keeping.
