The Secret to Meditation...

Meditation is one of the hardest, most simple things you will ever challenge yourself to do.

However the benefits it offers for both physical and mental health are a long term investment.

The secret to meditating is simple. You just start. You don't need to wait for the perfect moment, the perfect moment is now.

There are many studies showing the positive impact meditation has on everything from supporting the immune system, to helping to reduce cardiovascular disease and decrease the bodies aging process.

Meditation is the one practice I perform daily no matter where my journey takes me.

There are many styles of meditation but the two I practice daily are Japa and Zazen.

To make it easy to incorporate meditation into your daily routine, we have crafted tools like Mala Beads and Meditation Cards that are both practical and beautiful.

All items are made here in Brisbane Australia with quality components and pure, loving intentions and will help you on your journey to finding tranquility.

With deepest respect I acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the traditional custodians of the land I live, work and practice on and pay respect to their elders, past, present and emerging.

I acknowledge the First Nations people of all lands as the original caretakers of country and recognise their continuing connection to land, water and culture and, in the spirit of reconciliation extend that respect to all First Nations people.

I bow down in reverence to their stories, traditions and living culture and commit to learning from, and working with, First Nations peoples in the spirit of reconciliation and access to justice.
