About the event

Join me beneath the stars on Sunday the 20th of February for Sounds by the Sea.

An hour long sound bath & guided meditation experience beneath the newly Full Moon.

We will begin the evening with some gentle seated yoga movements followed by Pranayama breathing exercises before settling on our blankets for the sound bath meditation.

Put on your comfiest clothes, bring your picnic blanket, water bottle, cushions, a journal (or just a pencil and some paper), bug repellent and anything else you will need to be comfortable as we go on a resonant journey.

What to Bring ~ Picnic blanket ~ Bug repellent ~ Pillow/Cushions ~ A journal (or notebook) and pencil ~ Water bottle ~ Eye Pillow if you have one
