FREE EVENT ~ Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath

Join us by the water for an evening of absolute serenity & bliss. Breathing in the fresh air all whilst soaking in the beautiful calm and relaxing sounds of the ocean and singing bowls.

This event is totally free to attend but if you would like to make a donation on the night all proceeds will go to Coast to Coast Animal Friends.

It is a great way to come together in a happy and positive environment, meet new people and have the opportunity to find a moment of peace where the benefits will ripple into all aspects of your life.

WHAT TO BRING

~ picnic blanket ~ Bug spray! it can get a little crowded by the water at sunset so protect yourself from any little intruders. 

~ any pillows or blankets you need to make yourself completely comfortable

~ water bottle (keeping hydrated improves focus)

~ a friend! If you know of someone who may benefit from this session as well, please invite them along too!

We will be set up at the southern end of the western side at Wellington Point Foreshore Park. There is plenty of parking available and a map of the location is in the event discussion below. 

Just look for the candles to show the exact set up spot or just follow the people with yoga mats!
