April Sunset Yoga & Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Meditation

Join us by the water for an evening of absolute serenity & bliss. Breathing in the fresh air all whilst soaking in the beautiful calm and relaxing sounds of the ocean and singing bowls.

We will begin by opening up our bodies with some gentle Yoga before coming to rest for an hour of calm with a Quartz Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Meditation.

No previous yoga experience is necessary, and it's suitable for all ages and levels of flexibility. Full props will be provided to support you in the practice, wear comfortable clothing you can fully relax in and bring layers in case it gets chilly by the water.

It is a great way to come together in a happy and positive environment, meet new people and have the opportunity to find a moment of peace where the benefits will ripple into all aspects of your life.
