Purr, Pause + Connect, A Sacred Nest Women’s Circle at the Cat Lounge

Purr, Pause + Connect is a gentle, playful Sacred Nest Women’s Circle held inside a cat lounge, where we’ll spend two hours connecting with each other, sipping cacao and herbal tea, and enjoying the calming, funny and beautifully unpredictable presence of cats.

This event is lovingly held by a Sacred Nest Certified Women’s Circle Facilitator, creating a welcoming, trauma-aware and nervous-system-friendly space for women to connect, share, soften and feel supported.

This is not a formal networking event, and it is not a heavy healing circle. It is a soft, relaxed gathering for women who want to meet other women in a way that feels natural, warm and heart-led.

We’ll begin with a simple opening circle, cacao and tea, then move through playful cat-inspired connection prompts, gentle pair sharing, time to interact with the cats, and a spacious sharing circle.
